HOMEMADE SANDWICH BREAD Ingredients 1 packet active dry yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp) 2 1/4c warm milk 1/4c sugar 1 Tbsp salt 2 Tbsp oil (olive, vegetable, canola) 6c bread flour *Makes Two Loaves Instructions Combine the yeast and milk. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, only half of flour to start, to the bowl and begin mixing. Slowly add in the remaining flour. Once combined, knead for 5-7 minutes. Transfer dough to a greased bowl and allow to rise/double in size. About 1-2 hour
