漬けて焼くだけ!甘辛味噌豚のごちそうレシピ 【材料】(2人分) •豚肩ロース(ブロックまたは厚切り)… 約300g •サラダ油 … 小さじ1(表面に塗る用) <甘辛味噌ダレ> •味噌 … 大さじ1 •みりん … 大さじ1 •酒 … 大さじ1/2 •醤油 … 小さじ1/2 •砂糖 … 小さじ1 •おろしにんにく … 小さじ1/2 •おろし生姜 … 小さじ1/2 【作り方】 ①甘辛味噌ダレの材料を全て混ぜ合わせる。 ②豚肉と一緒に袋に入れ冷蔵庫で1時間以上(できれば一晩)漬け込む。 ③室温に戻した豚肉の表面の水分を拭き取り軽く油を塗り、予熱したオーブン200℃で30〜40分焼く(途中で焦げそうならアルミホイルをかぶせる)。 ④焼き上がったら10分ほど休ませてからカット。出た肉汁を余ったタレに加え少量の水で伸ばし鍋で加熱してソースとしてかけても◎。 #自炊 #豚肩ロース
