⏬ 材料 ⏬ おから 150g 玉ねぎ 2分の1個 きゅうり 1本(約100g) ハム お好み ■調味料■ マヨネーズ 大さじ3 ごまドレッシング 大さじ3 黒こしょう 適量 砂糖 小さじ1(脱水用) ■お好みで■ 粒マスタード 適量(大人の味に) ** 作り方 ** 1.野菜の下処理 新玉ねぎは皮を剥いて半分にカットし、薄くスライスします。(通常の玉ねぎを使う場合は、スライス後2〜3分水にさらして辛味を抜いてください) きゅうりはヘタを切り落とし、同じく薄くスライスします。 2.砂糖もみで脱水 スライスした玉ねぎときゅうりをボウルに入れ、砂糖を加えてしっかりと揉み込みます。 全体がツヤっとするまで揉んだら、5分間そのまま置いて野菜から水分を出します。 3.おからの下処理 別のボウルにおからを入れ、軽くほぐします。 そこにマヨネーズとごまドレッシングを加え、おからのパサつきがなくなり滑らかになるまでしっかりと混ぜ合わせます。 4.野菜の水切りと合わせ 5分経った野菜をギュッと絞って水気を切り、軽くほぐしながらおからのボウルに加えます。 5.ハムと調味料を加える ハムを手で大きめにちぎっ
