A YouTuber figured out how to run an RTX 4060 on an ARM laptop with functional driver support by installing an RTX Spark driver through Device Manager.
First, open the new Photos app on your Windows 11 PC. Click the gear-shaped icon in the top-right corner to open the Settings menu. Scroll down until you see an option that says Get Photos Legacy.
