Oracle Corp. gained more than 8% after saying it would expand a partnership with Google Cloud to bring Gemini artificial intelligence tools to its business customers.
Oracle will supply on-premises software to the U.S. Department of Defense over 10 years in a contract worth up to $7 billion.
