Downdetector reported a high volume of Snapchat outages in major U.S. cities including New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Meanwhile, YouTube’s most significant outages were concentrated in the eastern U.S., particularly around Atlanta, Chicago and New York.
