Supreme Court to decide if mail-in ballots may arrive

The deadline to request an mail-in or absentee ballot for the Nov. 4 election is 5 p.m. Tuesday. Mail ballot requests must be received by a county election office by then. Voters can apply in person at a county election office or other designated location, or online at www.pavoterservices.pa.gov/OnlineAbsenteeApplication/#/OnlineMailInBegin.
If your mail-in ballot for the Nov. 4 election is on your kitchen counter, you still have time to turn it in — but you shouldn't send it through the post.
