Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud infrastructure giant relied on by millions of companies worldwide, experienced a significant outage on Monday, Oct.

You might have seen that AWS had a global outage on Monday which caused problems across the internet. But what is AWS anyway, and why does it matter so much?
